I kissed your lips
you lifted me from the abis
we spoke words of joy
we spoke words of pain
I had a dream today!
A tempest of sadness
and again a heart full of gladness.
It was the best dream
and yet it was the worsed.
I had a dream today
You lifted the stone
of toil and blame.
I cast aside my former days
and remolded my soul of clay
I had a dream today!
You lifted me from the blackened sky
in a point of time I was about to die. Fluffy clouds surrounded us
it was truely love, not just lust.
I had a dream today!
And so along the bell rezounds
I tried to speak, but time did not allow.
You were a loving call
and a gentle laugh
I had a dream today!
Stay a while
yet turn away
Brake me in half.
and smashed my heart when the tide floats away.
I had a dream today!
we talked and talked
just like we did.
With the past aflame
You healed my heart, ripped away the blade
I had a dream today!
Words blurring
thoughts colliding
where has the halo gone
What path did my angel walk along?
I had a dream today!
I thought you lay beside me
here in my arms
I left your heart
but I went in the dark
I had a dream today!
